Lebanon FCU Promotes Matt Gehman To CEO

LEBANON, Pa.—The $538-million Lebanon Federal Credit Union has named Matt Gehman as its new president and CEO, LebTown reported.
Gehman most recently served as executive vice president, where he helped lead strategic initiatives, improve operations and support the credit union's growth. The board said its search focused on identifying a leader capable of guiding the organization through its next phase while maintaining its commitment to member service and community support.
"After a thorough and deliberate search process, the Board is confident that Matt is the right leader for Lebanon Federal Credit Union," the board said in a statement. "His vision, experience, and dedication to our members, employees, and community will help ensure the continued success and strength of the organization."
As CEO, Gehman will oversee the credit union's strategic direction and day-to-day operations, with priorities including member service, employee development, financial strength and sustainable growth, LebTown said.
"It is an honor to be selected to lead Lebanon Federal Credit Union," Gehman said. "I am grateful for the trust placed in me by the Board and look forward to working alongside our talented team to continue delivering exceptional value to our members and communities."
