Credit Union-Backed Candidates Score Wins Across Five States

WASHINGTON--Elections across five states brought credit union wins in primaries and special elections, America’s Credit Unions reported.
ACU' PAC-supported candidates in Connecticut, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Vermont won their primary elections on Tuesday.
"These results continue credit unions’ strong win rate throughout the primary season," ACU said.
In Alabama, both credit union-supported candidates won in the state’s special elections. This includes Rhett Marques in the 2nd district Republican primary. In partnership with The League of Credit Unions, America’s Credit Unions supported Marques with digital ads earlier this summer.
