ROCHESTER, N.H.— The $500-million Holy Rosary Credit Union has named Kayla Selhorst its next president and CEO following a national search, with the current senior vice president and COO of CME Federal Credit Union set to succeed longtime CEO Brian Hughes, Business NH Magazine reported.
Hughes will retire Dec. 31 after more than 22 years leading the Rochester, N.H.-based institution.
Selhorst will join Holy Rosary Credit Union on Oct. 1 and work alongside Hughes through the end of the year to ensure a smooth leadership transition. According to Business NH Magazine, Selhorst oversees lending, retail delivery, member experience, operations and strategic initiatives at CME Federal Credit Union and also serves on the Ohio Credit Union League's board of directors.
“Kayla impressed the board with her leadership style, strategic thinking and genuine commitment to staff, members, community engagement and advancing the credit union movement,” Board Chairman Dana Flanders said. “She is an exceptional fit for HRCU and will build upon the strong culture and solid financial position Brian and our dedicated team have established.”
“I am honored to join HRCU and grateful for the confidence the board has placed in me,” Selhorst said. “HRCU has earned an outstanding reputation for serving its members, investing in its employees and strengthening the communities it serves. I look forward to working alongside Brian and the HRCU team during this transition while building on the exceptional foundation already in place.”
