CUSG Rebrands As Navari, Unifying Portfolio Under Single Platform Strategy
By CU Today Staff —
ROYAL OAK, Mich.— CUSG announced it is rebranding as Navari, a move the company said reflects its evolution into a unified platform spanning human resources, experience management, marketing technology and financial solutions.
The company said the transition brings together its portfolio of products and services under a single brand identity designed to help organizations navigate increasingly complex operational and strategic challenges. Navari said the new name is intended to emphasize its role in providing guidance, clarity and decision-making support to leaders.
“Navari reflects who we have become and how we are showing up to serve leaders today,” President and CEO Patty Corkery said in a statement. “In a world where complexity is constant, leaders need more than tools. They need clarity, direction, and a partner who helps them move forward with confidence.”
According to the company, Navari’s platform combines software, data insights and consulting services aimed at helping organizations improve performance, enhance customer and employee experiences, and make more informed business decisions. The company serves more than 2,200 organizations nationwide, including credit unions, banks, universities, healthcare providers and other businesses.
Navari said its existing solutions—including Performance Pro, Compease, The Learning Center, MemberXP, BankingXP and Timix—will continue operating without interruption as part of the broader platform. The company said clients should not expect changes to products, support teams or service levels during the transition.
The rebranding will be phased in across the company’s digital properties, communications and product platforms, with a new website and updated branding rolling out over time. Navari said the change represents the latest step in its growth strategy as it seeks to expand its role as a technology and solutions partner for organizations nationwide.
