Experian Launches Credit Card Comparison App On ChatGPT
By CU Today Staff —
COSTA MESA, Calif.—Experian has launched an Experian Credit Cards app on ChatGPT, allowing consumers to discover and compare credit card offers through a conversational interface.
The app lets consumers search for cards based on goals such as earning cash back or travel rewards, securing a low introductory annual percentage rate, avoiding annual fees or building credit. Users can compare annual fees, introductory bonuses, rewards rates and available APR ranges using offers from Experian’s partner network.
“By bringing our credit card marketplace into ChatGPT, we're making it easier for people to explore their options, compare cards with confidence and take the next step when the time is right,” said Debbie Hsu, executive vice president of product at Experian Consumer Services. “This is another example of how Experian is using AI to create simpler, more helpful financial experiences.”
Consumers who want to proceed are securely directed to Experian’s website to review offers matched to their credit profiles, including available preapproved and No Ding Decline offers. Experian said it plans to add greater personalization and more participating lenders. Access the Experian Credit Cards app here.
