Alloya Announces Results Of Board Elections And Appointments At Annual Meeting

NAPERVILLE, Ill.– At its Annual Meeting, held in conjunction with the corporate’s twelfth annual Credit Union Leadership Symposium, Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union announced the election of three board members.
Carlos Pacheco, CEO of Meritrust Credit Union (Colorado), and Dan Stoltz, president and chief executive officer of Blaze Credit Union (Minnesota), will once again serve Alloya’s members on Alloya’s board of directors. Joining them is April Clobes, president and chief executive officer of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (Michigan), who most recently served on Alloya’s supervisory committee.
Other returning board members include: Curt Cecala, president and chief executive officer of TCT Federal Credit Union (New York); Shane London, president and chief executive officer of Deseret First Credit Union (Utah); Leanne McGuinness, chief financial officer of The Summit Federal Credit Union (New York); Rina Pantano, President and chief executive officer of XCEL Federal Credit Union (New Jersey); Amy Sink, chief executive officer of Interra Credit Union (Indiana); and David Suvall, retired president and chief executive officer of Rhode Island Credit Union (Rhode Island).
Alloya also seated its table officers, electing Dan Stoltz as chair, Carlos Pacheco as vice chair, Curt Cecala as treasurer and Shane London as secretary. The following individuals were appointed as Directors Emeritus: Floyd Rummel, III, retired chief executive officer of Northern Hills Federal Credit Union (South Dakota), and Peter Gates, retired president and chief executive officer of Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union (Michigan).

Their commitment to the credit union movement gives me great confidence in our ability to keep advancing the mission of people helping people through the Power of Cooperation.”
Alloya also appointed its supervisory committee for 2026-2027, including: Dan Patterson, senior vice president of finance, Cobalt Credit Union (Nebraska), as chair; Jennifer Borowy, president and chief executive officer of Michigan First Credit Union (Michigan); Peter Fauth, president and chief executive officer of Financial Plus Credit Union (Illinois); Ryan Goehner, chief executive officer of Dakotaland Federal Credit Union (South Dakota); and Alex Lutke, chief executive officer of Forest Area Federal Credit Union (Michigan).
Aaron Veech, chief financial officer of Liberty Federal Credit Union (Indiana), was appointed to the ALCO. John Fiore, retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Motorola Employees Credit Union, now known as Consumers Credit Union (Illinois); Peter Gates; and Carlos Pacheco were appointed to the nominating committee. David Seibert, Strategy, Risk and Assurance Partner at Rochdale, was appointed to the enterprise risk management committee.
