NCUA Issues Lifetime Ban Against Former Credit Union Employee

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--NCUA issued one conviction-based prohibition in July, the agency announced.
The individual below is permanently prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution.
Jordan L. McCarthy, former employee of Educators Credit Union, Mount Pleasant, Wis., was convicted and sentenced in the Circuit Court for Waukesha County with the offenses of Misappropriating Identification Information - Obtain Money, Wis. Stat. § 943.201(2)(a) and Fraud Against a Financial Institution $10,000 - $100,000, Wis. Stat. § 943.82(1).
