29 Credit Union Professionals Graduate From Southeast Management School

ATHENS Ga. — The Southeastern Regional Credit Union School (SRCUS) has announced that 29 credit union professionals graduated from its Southeast Management School on June 19, completing the school's three-year leadership development program at the University of Georgia.
The Class of 2026 is the second graduating class to earn the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation through the school's integrated curriculum, which was introduced in 2024 in partnership with America's Credit Unions. The certification includes testing that allows participants to earn the CCUE credential as well as ACE Credits toward future academic advancement. SRCUS also reported that 27 alumni completed coursework and testing during the school's Alumni Program to earn the CCUE designation.
During the graduation ceremony, SRCUS recognized several award recipients, including Justin Callaway of Marshland Credit Union, who received the Hugh Watson Award, and Allison Brewer of Carolina Federal Credit Union, who received the Tom McWilliams Service to SRCUS Award. Academic Advisor Dr. Craig Piercy said the graduates and award recipients reflect the future strength of credit union leadership and the cooperative movement.
