ACU Updates FAQs Following Supreme Court Ruling, Crews Confirmation

WASHINGTON--A newly-updated resource from America's Credit Unions tackles frequently asked questions regarding the removal of Todd Harper and Tanya Otsuka from the NCUA board.
ACU said the FAQs have been updated to reflect the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. Slaughter, as well as John Crews’ recent confirmation as NCUA Board Chairman, and is available to America’s Credit Unions members online.
America’s Credit Unions noted that it supports a strong, independent NCUA with a full three-member board and remains in close contact with the agency.
