America’s Credit Unions Members Approve Name, D.C. Domicile Changes

WASHINGTON--America’s Credit Unions members overwhelmingly voted in support of updating the organization’s name and domicile location from Wisconsin to the District of Columbia, ACU reported.
These changes formalize corporate items unchanged since the merger of America’s Credit Unions’ legacy organizations. Both the name and domicile were directed by the former boards of directors when the letter of intent to merge was signed, ACU noted.
America’s Credit Unions’ legal team is preparing to update the necessary documents, ACU added.
